Eintracht – Barcelona: prediction “2”

Suddenly, everything turned upside down for Barcelona and the season may not be so bad. The team is already second in La Liga, and it is very likely that this campaign will end with a trophy from the Europa League. At least that’s the bookmakers’ predictions, and more. Today, Blaugranas will play in the quarterfinals of this tournament for the first time, traveling to Frankfurt in the first match.

I didn’t expect Eintracht to skip the previous phase of the tournament, but the Eagles did. They competed with Betis and took the lead after the first match in Spain, which was won 2:1. At home, however, the Germans lost with a goal in the 90th minute and so the match went into overtime. In the added time of the second overtime, however, luck smiled on Eintracht, as Guido Rodriguez from the guests scored an own goal.

Barcelona was the absolute favorite in the round of 16 where they had to deal with Galatasaray. Surprisingly, the match at the Camp Nou ended without a goal, despite the total dominance of Obamayang and company. In the return match, the Turkish grandmaster took the lead, but by 49 minutes he was already in favor of Barcelona. A phase earlier, Barça finished 1:1 at home with Napoli, but defeated their opponent 4:2 in Naples.

In fact, Eintracht finished the season in the German Bundesliga, after recording another weak result on Saturday. The team is unbeaten for four rounds so far, but finished 0:0 at home with the last in the standings Greuther Furth. In turn, Barcelona continues its victorious path. Pedri became a hero for the Catalan club in a very valuable success with 1:0 over Sevilla on Sunday. Thus, the positions of the two teams were exchanged.

Imperceptibly, Barcelona has once again become an unwavering favorite in every match. Today, the success rate of the guests is not bad at all and I think it will bring profit to many fans of sports betting. Eintracht has won only once at home since the beginning of the year, and recorded four consecutive losses in January and February. At the same time, Barcelona won both of their Europa League visits and scored 16 goals in five consecutive away games.
